Working in the Reliability Gap
TRAINING
Many reliability problems begin with how people understand an AI system. These tools often feel simple. They look familiar. They produce results that seem polished. It is easy to assume that using them well is as simple as providing inputs and taking whatever comes out.
Training exists to replace that assumption with clarity. People can influence the outputs and outcomes of these tools. People can shape how a tool performs. Good use is possible. Misuse carries risk.
Our work is for people who are cautious but curious. Some are non‑technical. Some are technical but new to AI. All want to use these systems with more intention and more awareness.
Three ideas guide our approach.
These tools are simple, but using them well takes real intentionality.
We can influence how these tools behave through deliberate practice.
Using AI well is possible, and using it without care may make you lazy.
We offer material that shows how these tools behave in practice. When teams need deeper support, we run interactive workshops built to further strengthen understanding and help teams connect the dots. These sessions make behavior visible. They show the theory of what is happening behind the scenes, so that as the system evolves, you can evolve with it rather than having to relearn how to use the tool. They help people build the instincts to adapt quickly-to recognize shifts early and pivot with clarity instead of being caught off guard.
For individuals who want deeper guidance, we also offer 11 coaching. This extends the same principles-clarity, practice, and informed use-into a more personal format.
Training gives people a practical way to take part in reliability. It builds the habits and understanding needed to use these systems with confidence and care.
